Doughura’s User Agreement

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify Doughura immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Doughura is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

    Orders and Payment

    All orders placed through the Doughura website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product descriptions, or suspected fraud. Payment must be made in full at the time of order; accepted payment methods will be specified during checkout.

    Prices listed on the Doughura website are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accurate pricing, errors may occur. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we will inform you and provide options for resolution, including cancelling the order or adjusting the price accordingly.

    Doughura ships products via selected carriers. Shipping times may vary based on location and availability. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us via our contact page to assist with locating your package.

    Returns and Refunds

    Doughura accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us for instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
