Return Window
Products purchased from Doughura may be returned within 30 days of receipt. This period complies with the FTC Mail/Internet/Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, which stipulates that consumers have the right to return merchandise that does not meet their expectations within a reasonable timeframe. To ensure eligibility for a return, items must remain in their original, unopened packaging. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted, and customers are encouraged to inspect their orders promptly upon arrival.

How to Initiate
To initiate a return, customers must visit the Doughura website and access the returns section of their account. A return request form must be completed, detailing the order number and reason for the return. Once submitted, Doughura will review the request and issue a return authorization if the return meets policy guidelines. Customers will receive further instructions via email, including a return shipping label when applicable. Be advised that unauthorized returns may result in delays or refusal of the return.

What’s Returnable
Only unopened and unused items are eligible for return. This includes all types of pasta products and kitchen tools. If the original packaging has been opened or the product has been used, it will not qualify for a refund. Customers should carefully consider their selection before completing their purchase. Special promotions and limited-edition items may also be non-returnable, depending on the terms specified at the time of sale.

What’s Final Sale
Certain items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned. These items include, but are not limited to, clearance products and seasonal offerings. The final sale status will be indicated on the product description page at the time of purchase. Customers are encouraged to read all item details before completing their order to avoid confusion regarding return eligibility.

Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after Doughura receives the returned item. If the item is not received or is received in a condition that does not meet the return criteria, the refund may be delayed or denied. Customers will receive a notification once the refund has been issued. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Doughura error.

Damaged or Wrong Items
In the event that items arrive damaged or incorrect, customers should report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Documentation of the damage, such as photographs, may be requested. Doughura will provide a replacement or a full refund for items verified as damaged or incorrectly shipped. Prompt communication is essential to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on Doughura’s part. A return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns valued over $75. Doughura is not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered for items purchased from Doughura. Customers seeking to exchange an item must initiate a return for the original product and then place a new order for the desired item. This process allows for accurate inventory management while ensuring customers receive the products they prefer. Standard return policies apply.

Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After this window, Doughura begins processing the order, and cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers wishing to cancel should our contact page to submit their request. Refunds for canceled orders will follow the same process as standard returns.
